Hi Johnny, thanks for the kind words. Appreciate it.
Great site about Warren Buffet and a good selection of Warren’s articles.
Best greetinx and thanx from germany,
Michael
My husband and I bought what we thought was a Schult Modular. Not only wasn’t it modular, it is also a cheap dump, for which we paid a great sum of money! Under HUD, Crest Homes/Clayton, whomever, built a house under HUD code, with violations! I am not the only one. Seems there is something rotten in Middlebury, Indiana Plant. I was told by Schult, the builder orders “special” homes. Boy, is it special. Less than four year’s old, and it’s under State violations, per HUD. My question is, does Warren Buffett realize, “special homes”, are being producted for HUD Homes? House is seperating, carpet ruined, door knob’s broken, the list goes on! The builder is blaming Schult/Crest/Clayton, and in turn, Mike Ruszkowski and Moyer, say it is the builder’s fault. I disagree! This house should have never been sold as a special house! Our floor’s are so badly warped and buckled, I have had to receive injections in my foot and knee, from walking in my own house! By the way, Wells Fargo further assisted us, by giving us a predatory loan, for this special house. I have read, all site’s, under all your corporate name’s. Thing is, the Federal Government doesn’t have a clue as to what is happening. I think I know! Bank’s give mortgages based on HUD. The contractor, through your companies, is selling shell home’s, financing is given on a not “special home”, builder, bank and Schult all make out well. I have found other’s with the same complaint’s. Mike Ruszowski has been told repeatedly, I did start this mess. I want one of your house that you advertise on your websires. This house is a piece of crap! Cabinet finish is peeling, carpet ruined, ceiling cracking, floor’s are ruined. When the house was only a couple of weeks old, Mr. Mike Moyer came to our house. At that time, he advised me to wait, and almost 4 year’s, I’m still waiting. When Moyer was here, he could’ve plainly seen there was no ventilation under the crawlspace, which is also uder violation. Quite frankly, I do not give one flying pig, who is to blame! We want our house fixed! I am not going away. The longer we are kept waiting, the angrier I am becoming! It’s almost as if Mike Ruszkowski is asking to be sued! I expect a house, as discribed on your Internet sites, which meets or exceed’s standards. Otherwise, hell will break loose! How dare Warren Buffett worry about Thanksgiving at McDonald’s, when his corporations are building under code, under violation homes? My number is 715-874-4369! Do NOT have either Mike call here! I want to resolved NOW! Four year’s is enough!
Just dropping a note to say thank you for the transcript to Warren Buffett’s 1998 talk at Florida U. We’ve quoted from the videos in our latest quarterly report (not out in English yet), and posted about it today in our official blog, Buysiders.com. Your site is a great source for Buffett material, thanks again.
Best regards,
Gustavo

Hi
I am an post graduate student in financial analysis and portfolio management at the University of Cape- Town South Africa. As a value investor and big fan of Warren Buffet ,I love to read on all of his investment ideas. I am busy reading all of his letters to shareholders and making summaries of each year in order to get a sense of all of his investment and management principals. I have only recently come across your website. But find it very helpful and insightful. Was just wondering why you stopped summarizing his letters in the 2000’s?
Keep up the good work!
